We purchased our Georgetown motorhome in September 2011. The people we had contact with there were all helpful and went above and beyond. Angela and Mike in financing were helpful about explaining and leading us through that process, even though we were 1,700 miles from TerryTown. Rick picked me up at the airport, delivered me to a hotel, and got me to the lot the next morning. I had a very thorough orientation and learned a lot from Kurt. Later when questions came up and a couple of problems occurred, Tom was there for us via phone calls and e-mails. We were short a TV remote, and after Hugh couldn't find it anywhere on the internet, Tom found and mailed one to us along with a hubcap cover. He is a guy who walks the extra mile to take of his customers. We love our Georgetown Motor Home and we are grateful for all the people at Terry Town and Forest River. We live in Utah and would fly again to Terry Town to buy our next motor home.

We have used our Evergreen 4 times and have thoroughly enjoyed it. Our purchase from you was seamless and was so easy. The driver Dan Rudd did an excellent job and arrived on time. This transaction was done 1400 miles away as we are in North Carolina no surprises all went according to plan as you said it would.
Many people have admired our Evergreen 33QB and I have told them to call Michigan for the best deal.
Now, the trailer is great! the layout, quality, equipment are the best I have seen.It tows better then my 24 foot trailer did. The benefit must be from the radial tires, floating axle, frontal shape and lite weight.

Just wanted to send you the picture of our May long weekend camping in So.Saskatchewan. 1st time out with the Toyhauler and all went well. We did take it with two Kawasaki quads to Western Alberta and the loading, unloading, transportation went really well. No gas smell in the cabin! We love how the sofa and the dinette fold up to allow us to pack the trailer really easy and also have lots of walking room during the day or at lunch time, as the sofa stays up and opens up all that space.

My oh my how fast a year can go by! I meant to send you a note at the end of camping season last year but everything gets pretty busy around here in the fall and winter. It was a week ago today last year that we got home with our trailer. We bought the 2006 Puma with the quad bunks in it. From the time we saw it inside and out it was exactly as you had described it. I really appreciated how you were honest about the description of the trailer. In fact it almost seemed better than the way I had imagined it.
We were out camping quite a bit last year and I am happy to say that the whole family loves the trailer. We are excited about going out again this year. We are very happy with the Sandpiper we bought and it was exactly what we were looking for, besides the fact it received a number of positive comments. A number of our friends with very "high end" units were jealous of my new outside fridge and mentioned why their manufacturers hadn't thought of that! Not to mention they are going to get them installed before next season. I will be keeping your info and referring our friends to you. With the use of Rooster Transport to bring the unit closer to me, I went for a day trip and came home with the trailer.
My Kudos to Rooster Trasport as well. Pat was excellent and kept me up to date along the entire way. I was called by them but lost the number. Please pass on my gratitude to them, and Pat in particular.
