A big thank you for the excellent service on my Jayco Trailer. We seem to have had more problems than normal with this trailer, maybe because it was a 2010 and had more sitting on the lot time.
However, for every problem, you have treated me with respect and solved the problem in a timely manner.
The last problem regarding the truck computer telling me something was wrong with the trailer
wiring when all the lights and brakes worked gave you a real challenge. Once again, you persevered and corrected the problem. Mike, your service tech did a great job and was very good to discuss the problem with me.
Thanks again for excellent service and a very pleasant place to do business. We love the trailer.
