Bob - I wanted to let you know that we received our Wildcat on Friday 10/31/08 and WE LOVE IT!!!! The driver that brought the camper here was great - very knowledgeable about the unit and did say good things about Terry Town Travel Center / RV World. I have attached some pictures of Ralph and I by our new Wildcat. Thanks for everything Bob - We are so excited for spring to come now. Actually I wish we could retire and be gypsies in our Wildcat! I have to admit I was a little leary about this deal with your dealership being quite a distance away from MN - But it has really turned out to be quite a deal! You made the entire process SO easy! We were pretty skeptical that you’d pull it all off (especially with our time constraints) and that you’d actually DO what you said. And that’s exactly what you did. Our new trailer rolled into our driveway on the day and time you said it would, and it was exactly as you promised! Our two little girls were SO excited! And by the way, Ryan who delivered it was great! We couldn’t be happier with our new Cougar 29BHS! Everything went so smoothly. I recently purchased a Wildcat RV from you and I just wanted to say what a pleasure it was doing business with your group. Bob Ski and Jeff Hunsaker were great in getting me through the system. After arriving back in St. Louis I realized the converter was defective, I was directed to Wendy. After telling her we were taking our maiden voyage this Friday, she was determined on getting the converter shipped to me by Friday. We are very happy with the Sandpiper we bought and it was exactly what we were looking for, besides the fact it received a number of positive comments. A number of our friends with very "high end" units were jealous of my new outside fridge and mentioned why their manufacturers hadn't thought of that! Not to mention they are going to get them installed before next season. I will be keeping your info and referring our friends to you. With the use of Rooster Transport to bring the unit closer to me, I went for a day trip and came home with the trailer. My Kudos to Rooster Trasport as well. Pat was excellent and kept me up to date along the entire way. I was called by them but lost the number. Please pass on my gratitude to them, and Pat in particular. First of all we don’t know who loves the Jayco Eagle fifth wheel more. Is it the wife and I, the kids or the campers at the campsites? We don’t even know these campers, they just come strolling up to our campsites and ask to have a look inside. Of course they always ask where we purchased it from and how much, so I always tell them “TerryTown RV Superstore, talk to Mike – he’s the man. He will set you up with awesome deal”. Thanks for everything you have done for us, making sure the trailer was good to go and the paperwork was in order. We were a little hesitant at first about making a purchase from a long distance as we have not done this before. You made us feel comfortable with the possible purchase and it was easy to make the decision at that point. I feel it was a little more than a sales technique, you’re good people Mike. Sorry it has taken so long to get a note off to you but wanted to thank you for all your help in completing the purchase of our Nomad camper. Starting at the point where we forgot to get the photos of the camper off the internet when they were available and had to call you and you were so kind to take the time to send us 25 excellent photos by email, all the goofy phone calls and questions you got from us, having to tolerate our spoiled little dog and even arranging to get the water holding tank filled before we left to come home. We’ve just returned home from our maiden voyage – driving home in our new motor home. Over our 2000 mile trip we tried everything out; you gotta love that flat screen television and surround sound! This was the first time we’ve bought a large ticket item online and over the phone, so we were a bit apprehensive at first. Your sales team was very professional and informative and took us through the whole process. Everyone at the store was extremely helpful – they even picked us up from the airport! Whether it was the purchase experience with Matt or the inevitable warranty service managed by Wendy we have been completely satisfied. Matt and the folks who worked with him were honest and accurate in their descriptions of the product they were selling. Our purchase was processed in exactly the manner that was explained early in the process. We received exactly what we wanted at the agreed price. Since we took delivery of our coach we have been equally impressed with the care provided us after the sale.
