The Villa Series offers Beauflor linoleum with a two year warranty and superior cold crack resistance. Residential appliances include an 18 cubic foot refrigerator, 4 burner range and 20 gallon electric water heater (Villa Estate, Grand Villa models only). Other quality features include Serta Dreamscape mattresses and optional La-Z-Boy rocker recliners and sofa.
