Where is TerryTown RV Superstore located?
Our main showroom is at 7303 Division Ave S, Grand Rapids, MI 49548, in the Cutlerville area of Grand Rapids. Our service and parts center is just down the road at 7145 Division Ave S, Grand Rapids, MI 49548.
What are your sales hours?
Our indoor showroom is open seven days a week: Monday and Thursday 8:30 AM to 8:00 PM, Tuesday and Wednesday 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, Friday and Saturday 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, and Sunday 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Call sales at (616) 625-2593.
How big is your indoor showroom?
TerryTown is home to the world's largest indoor RV showroom. With over 200 RVs on display inside our 5 acre indoor showroom, you can browse our selection rain or shine.
How long has TerryTown RV been in business?
TerryTown RV Superstore was founded in 1973 in a barn on the north side of Grand Rapids and has been family owned and operated for over 50 years. We moved to our current Cutlerville location in 1976, the same year we became an authorized Jayco dealer.
Buying an RV
What types of RVs do you sell?
We sell new and used RVs: travel trailers, fifth wheels, Class A, Class B and Class C motorhomes, toy haulers, destination trailers and pop-up campers, with over 200 RVs on display indoors.
Do you offer RV financing?
Yes. We work with multiple lenders to find the best rates for your credit profile, with a variety of loan terms to match your monthly budget and timeline. You can apply online or in store, the credit application only takes a few minutes, and your personal and financial information is always handled securely and privately.
Do you take trade-ins?
Yes, regardless of where you purchased your RV. Send us its year, make, model, mileage and condition through our trade-in form, and our team will provide a competitive offer within one business day. We handle all the paperwork, and you can put your trade value toward any new or used RV on our lot.
Which RV brands do you carry?
We carry 50+ brands from top RV manufacturers, including Jayco, Forest River, Keystone, Thor, Starcraft, CrossRoads, Dynamax, Entegra Coach, Redwood, inTech and many more.
How is your pricing set?
Our pricing is transparent and clearly itemized, so you know exactly what you're paying for, with no sales gimmicks and no games. Our huge buying power through our dealer group means incredible selection and value.
Service & Parts
What kinds of RVs does your service department work on?
All makes and models. Our state-of-the-art 50-bay service facility is staffed with factory-trained, certified RV technicians who handle everything from routine maintenance to major repairs.
Do you handle warranty work?
Yes. We are an authorized warranty service center for all major RV manufacturers, and we handle claims from start to finish.
What are your service and parts hours?

Do you sell RV parts and accessories?
Yes. We keep thousands of RV parts and accessories in stock. If we don't have it, we can special order nearly any RV part.
Do you offer winterization and storage?
Yes. We offer professional winterization services and secure storage options to protect your investment.
RV Delivery
Can you deliver my RV?
Yes. After your purchase, we can help arrange delivery of your RV to all 48 contiguous states and throughout Canada, right to your home, campground or preferred location. All deliveries are fully insured with experienced, professional drivers, and delivery pricing is based on distance, so you get a quote before you commit.
